Hubseat Cloud
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Introduction
Hubseat (“we”, “us”) operates Hubseat Cloud, hubseat.com, and related sites (together, the “Properties”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Service, visit our websites, or contact our teams.
2. Roles
For account and billing contact data, Hubseat acts as a controller. For Customer Data you store in managed databases, caches, and workloads, Hubseat generally acts as a processor on your instructions, and you remain responsible for lawful basis and data subject rights for that content.
3. Information we collect
We may collect:
• Account data: name, email, organization, role assignments, authentication identifiers from Authsense.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, device/browser type, console actions, API calls, error logs, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Billing and commercial data: plan, invoices, tax identifiers where provided.
• Support and contact content: messages you send through forms or support channels.
• Website analytics: pages viewed and referral URLs on hubseat.com.
4. Customer content in the Service
Customer Data (schemas, records, files, credentials metadata, deployment artifacts) is processed to provide the Service. We do not sell Customer Data. Access by Hubseat personnel is limited to support, security, and operations under confidentiality obligations and audited access controls.
5. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, respond to requests, monitor abuse, improve reliability, and comply with law. Marketing email is sent only where permitted and, where required, with consent.
6. Sharing
We share information with infrastructure and service providers (hosting, observability, email, payment) under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition subject to continuity protections.
7. Security and retention
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures described on our Security page. Retention follows the life of your account plus periods needed for backups, billing, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of account profile data subject to applicable law.
8. International transfers
If you access the Service from outside the region where data is processed, information may be transferred internationally. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable privacy law.
9. Your rights and contact
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact us through hubseat.com/contact. We will respond within timelines required by applicable law.
